Site of Gary Streeter MP for Devon South West

Improving the site

This part of the website has been running for almost 6 months now and I'm keen to hear any ideas for improvement.

Suggestions received so far include a more traditional blog, giving a better insight into my work at Westminster and around the constituency, and a more in-depth focus into certain areas and events within South West Devon.

The idea of this site is that it can be used by all parts of our local community so any comments will be helpful.

Thanks in advance,

Gary

I enjoy your blog just as it is but I am aware that this medium is constantly changing and if changes result in improvements it can only be welcomed. As an avid reader of your weekly contribution to the Plympton, Plymstock & Ivybridge News I am a little concerned that you have been conspicuous by your absence in recent weeks! I know you were overseas in the Middle East in February and was also very busy with your Private Members Bill but I miss your regular column and hope it will reappear soon. Not everyone has internet access but the PPI News is delivered free to 25,936 homes (January to December 2006) It is also widely read unlike the Plymouth Extra which is promptly recycled upon arrival. In addition you invariably invite comments to your "Have your say" section on your blog thereby advertising its presence and promoting increased traffic to your site. I sincerely hope we shall soon see your return to the PPI News. You provide your constituents with every opportunity to follow your views and make yourself available to hear ours too. We are indeed lucky to have such a conscientious M.P. and please keep up the good work. We appreciate all you do for us.
